Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our approach

Hoplite Nutrition is built for people who take responsibility seriously. We stand behind our products, but supplements are consumables, so we have to be straight about what we can and can’t take back.

30-day satisfaction window

If you’re not happy with your purchase, email [support email] within *30 days* of delivery with your order number and issue.  

We review each case individually and may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the situation.

Returns on unopened items

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for a refund or store credit.  

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.  

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within *7–10 business days*.

Opened products

Because supplements are ingestible, we generally *cannot* resell opened products. However:

If you experience a quality issue (damaged seal, off taste/smell, clumping, etc.), contact us with photos and details.  

If you had an adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately and talk to a healthcare professional; then contact us so we can review and document the issue.

We’ll do what we can to make things right within reason.

Incorrect or damaged orders

If we send the wrong item or it arrives damaged, email [support email] within *7 days* of delivery with photos.  

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Non-refundable items

Gift cards and final sale/clearance items are non-refundable.  
We do not refund original shipping charges unless we made an error on your order.

How to start a return or issue

1. Email *[support email]* with:  
   - Full name  
   - Order number  
   - Product(s) in question  
   - Photos (if damaged/defective)  
   - Short description of the issue  
2. We’ll reply within *2–3 business days* with next steps.
