Shipping & Delivery

We ship Hoplite Nutrition products from the U.S. and do our best to get your loadout to you fast, at a fair cost. Shipping rates reflect the real cost of moving heavy tubs of product—not padded “handling fees.”

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.  

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

U.S. shipping

Because our products are heavy, carrier costs are not cheap. Here’s how we handle it:

  • *Standard shipping (orders under \$80):* Flat *\$9.99* anywhere in the continental U.S.  
  • *Free shipping:* Orders of *\$80+* ship free in the continental U.S.  
  • Typical transit time: *3–7 business days*, depending on carrier and location.

For most orders, we use major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and choose the most reliable option based on weight and destination.

International shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.  
  •  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.  
  • Transit times vary by destination; most orders arrive within *7–21 business days*, but delays can occur with customs.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at [support email] with your order number.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and products and email [support email] within *7 days* of delivery.  

If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first. If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll do what we can to help.
